Cancellation
Our cancellation conditions correspond to den "General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry 2006". The right of withdrawal according to §11 paragraph 1 FAGG does not apply.

You can cancel free of charge up to 14 days before arrival. Early booking discounts and last minute offers can no longer be canceled free of charge.
A processing fee of €25 will be deducted from your deposit for each cancellation. From 14 days before arrival we charge 100% of the travel price. If you cancel within the last two weeks before arrival, we will charge you 100% of the travel price, in the case of early departure 100%.
Transfer
Who does not know it, your travel dates have changed spontaneously and you have to rebook everything again.

We will endeavor to find your new travel dates or an alternative with you. Please note that the price and room type can change when you change your booking.
