Our pricing is not always based on fixed dates but on occupancy and the time of booking. The earlier you book, the lower your room rate will be. The local tax is € 2.50 per person/day,
from 17 years.

Cancellation
Our cancellation conditions correspond to den "General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry 2006". The right of withdrawal according to §11 paragraph 1 FAGG does not apply.

You can cancel free of charge up to 14 days before arrival. Early booking discounts and last minute offers can no longer be canceled free of charge.
A processing fee of €25 will be deducted from your deposit for each cancellation. From 14 days before arrival we charge 100% of the travel price. If you cancel within the last two weeks before arrival, we will charge you 100% of the travel price, in the case of early departure 100%.

Children discount:

Children from 0-5.9 years stay for free.
Children from 6-11.9 years will be -50% and children of
12-14 years are charged 25% per night in their parents' room.

IWe ask for your understanding that we do not accept pets. If you arrive with a pet, the room cannot be occupied.
