BOOKING INFORMATION
Our pricing is not always based on fixed dates but on occupancy and the time of booking. The earlier you book, the lower your room rate will be.
The local tax is €2.50 per person/day, from 17 years of age.
ROOM REQUIREMENTS
Room requests will be considered if possible, but no definitive commitment will be given.
CHECK IN & OUT
On the day of arrival, the rooms are ready for occupancy from 4 p.m., on the day of departure we ask you to check out by 11 a.m. In the event of early departure or late arrival, we charge the daily rate.
LATE CHECK OUT
We ask for your understanding that this is only possible after consultation with the reception.
RECEPTION OPENING HOURS
Open from 7 a.m. to 11 a.m. and from 4 p.m. to 10 p.m
Check-in: 4:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m
Check-out: 7 a.m. to 11 a.m
RESERVATION
Your reservation is binding upon receipt of a deposit of 40% of the total booking amount by bank transfer or credit card. Deposits will be retained as a cancellation fee, unless canceled in due time.
In the case of cancellations and remittance of the deposit, we retain € 25.00 as a processing fee.
CANCELLATION
Only the Austrian hotel contract conditions with a special regulation that allows you to cancel free of charge up to 14 days before arrival. To avoid cancellation costs, we recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance. When you make your reservation, you will receive all the information you need to take out insurance. In the event of late arrival or early departure, the entire amount per person per day will be charged.
CANCELLATION INSURANCE
We recommend you get travel cancellation insurance. We would be happy to send you information and documents on European travel insurance.
PARK
Park your vehicle conveniently in front of the Sporthotel in Zederhaus or in the parking lot opposite.
PETS
We ask for your understanding that we do not accept pets. If you arrive with a pet, the room cannot be occupied.
PAYING THE ROOM BILL
We accept cash and the following credit cards: VISA, AMERICAN EXPRESS, MASTERCARD, DINERS CLUB and EC-CARD.
SKI DEPOT
You can deposit your ski equipment with us at the Sporthotel Zederhaus during your stay.
E-CHARGING STATIONS
You will find several charging stations at our hotel parking lots.
